When it comes to deciding who will get custody of a child in the case of divorce, there are a lot of things that go into making that decision. It’s a very personal, emotional process and often times it can be difficult to reach a mutual agreement on all points.

If you are in the middle of a custody battle, it can be very difficult to remain friendly with the other party. However, even though it is hard, you should always try to remain civil with the other party and keep communication open. If you have children together, there will need to be communication between both parties for years to come, so it is important to make an effort to put your differences aside for the sake of your children.
It might seem like a good idea to have a set of rules for child custody, but it’s important to remember that different families have different needs. Setting a rule without knowing who is involved can be unfair, especially if you’re dealing with an instance of domestic violence, or if you’re dealing with parents who are on bad terms for other reasons.
When the parents are married and living in the same household, the two of them will likely be able to come up with their own agreement. It’s important that they both feel comfortable and confident in their arrangement, which means they could each decide how much time they want their child to spend with the other parent.

Brigham City is a city in Box Elder County, Utah, United States. The population was 17,899 at the 2010 census.[5] It is the county seat of Box Elder County.[6] It lies on the western slope of the Wellsville Mountains, a branch of the Wasatch Range at the western terminus of Box Elder Canyon. Brigham City saw most of its growth during the 1950s and 1960s but has seen a struggling economy and stagnating growth. It is near the headquarters of ATK Thiokol, the company that created the solid rocket boosters for the Space Shuttle.
Brigham City is known for its peaches and holds an annual celebration called Peach Days on the weekend after Labor Day. Much of Main Street is closed off to cars, and the festival is celebrated by a parade, a car show, a carnival, and other activities. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) dedicated its fourteenth temple in Utah in Brigham City on September 23, 2012.
The city is the headquarters of the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation, a federally recognized tribe of Shoshone people.[7]
